WORKOUTS 

Shred is a FULL body workout. We cover all aspects of physical health. Between the upper body, lower body (we all want those glutes) and plenty of cardio. We strive to strengthen, support and improve your overall physical health.

M/T/W/TH class times - 5:15am, 6:30am, 8:30am, 4:30am & 6:00pm

Friday classes are 5:15am, 6:30am, 8:30am 4:30pm 

Saturdays 6:30am

  • Monday - FULL body
  • Tuesday - Kickboxing
  • Wednesday - Lower body (leg day)
  • Thursday - Upper body
  • Friday - Kickboxing or HIIT
  • Saturday - Kickboxing or HIIT

Our instructors are knowledgeable in modifications, and will gladly help you work towards your goals.

 

 


Nutrition

We believe that nutrition is 90% of living a healthy lifestyle. You can't outwork a bad diet. All of the instructors are always willing to help you find a eating plan that works for you and your family. We understand that food is a huge part of life. Not only is it the fuel in which we run our bodies, it is a huge part of our social lives. We don't encourage depriving yourself, however we encourage balance and moderation.

Accountability & Community

We want you to reach your health and fitness goals! Through weekly weigh ins, discussion and relationships, you will find the support and encouragement you need. 

During our "fun" holiday workouts, you will find our doors wide open to the FSF Gym community! We encourage the whole family to join us! Fitness isn't just for the adults, we let the kids get in on the action.
