Coach Steve is all about fitness! His knowledge and passion shows in everything he does. Steve specializes in weight loss and muscle building. Meal plans and awesome workouts are his forte.

Steve also instructs our Saturday FSF Elite classes 7-8am

Steve’s other passions include FIRST his beautiful family, with a side of motorcycles and fast cars. Steve has been apart of the fitness community for a long time, and continues to focus lots of time to his own goals and strength.

Steve has also started competing in body building. taking first place in his very first show, and placing 2nd in the Baltimore Classic!

Jacob Kouns

Jacob has been raised in the “fitness world.” His passion for fitness, health and community started at a young age. He is a Tonganoxie native, and graduated from THS. He is our Head Manager, and he can be seen teaching multiple classes and creating workouts that push you to be your best.

Jacob competed in the Kansas Sunflower State Games taking first place and qualifying for USPA Nationals in Las Vegas this July 2023

He is passionate about power lifting and helping others reach their goals.

Outside of the gym he is passionate about music, nature/conservation, hunting and backpacking.

Amanda Bridges

Amanda has a passion for helping people get their foot in the door and to ‘Just Move’

She teaches a great group of people how to start losing weight and modify moves until they are at a point where they are confident in themselves. She is a natural cheerleader and will back you up on your fitness journey all they way through !
