Membership Option’s
Here at Free State Fitness, we understand that everyone is unique so we offer two membership types to help you reach those goals. Our facility is a large 11,000sqft facility, offering weight, cardio, turf, kickboxing and a wide array of tools to help you along your journey.
Full access - $90 monthly Our Elite Membership includes access to all of our classes through the week, access to the Elite Members Only side of the gym, and access to our knowledgeable Instructors.
limited access - $57 monthly- Our basic membership includes access to our main gym side which includes our cardio and weightlifting machines.
We offer a wide range of discounts including senior, student, service and family. Please contact our office during staffed hours to see if you qualify for any discounts!

We have designed our Monday’s to start your week off just right with a full body light weight’s & cardio experience. This class will get your metabolism fired up and ready to shed fat.
Tuesday - 8:15am, 4:30pm
IRON AGE STRONG(55+) - 9:30am (upper body)
Our instructors have blessed us with a great day of variety to really help build a healthy cardiovascular system. Please see app for times of a kickboxing option or Cardio HIIT

Unlike other group fitness classes, you can jump into our classes right where you are. our Instructors will help you modify, or choose the perfect place for you to begin. You will never feel behind anyone.

Friday 5:00am & 8:15am
Finish your week off with the absolute best way to push yourself mentally and physically. We incorporate weights and cardio movements in a fun yet challenging way to round out our week!
Saturday with Coach Steve - 7:am
Coach Steve will help you start your weekend right! With proper form and technique.
Wednesday - 5:00am, 8:15am. 4:30pm
IRON AGE STRONG (55+) 9:30AM (CARDIO)
We love our weights around here! We like to focus on all things upper body on Wednesday. That means our instructors will instruct you with a combination of light weight & high reps but also heavy weights & low reps ranges. All to stimulate muscle growth and increase fat burning.
Thursday - 8:15am, 4:30pm
IRON AGE STRONG (55+) 9:30AM (Lower body)
We believe in the power of muscle and its benefits for not only aesthetics and mobility, but also longevity. In order to achieve the best of all three, Thursday is all about the lower body strength.

We focus on strength training and functional movements.
