THE MURPH 2025

1 mile run to start!

Bring the Whole Family (modifications available)

Every year we are honored to host the legendary Murph wod. Memorial Day May 26th at 8am. If you have a vest, we do encourage you to wear it, but it is not mandatory.

We want to make this an event for everyone who wants to come and be involved in such a great physical challenge in honor of our nations fallen heroes.

Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, born May 7, 1976, was a heroic leader who gave his life during Operation Red Wings in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. While leading a four-man team to locate a Taliban leader, they were ambushed. Despite grave wounds, Murphy risked his life to call for help, ensuring his team's position was relayed. He was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for his selfless courage. The "Murph" workout—

1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, 1-mile run, often with a 20-lb vest—was his favorite, called "Body Armor."
