We try to offer a variety of classes for all members of the family. We want our Elite members to always end they week knowing they got a full body experience! Everyday is built around a different muscle group and cardio options including HIIT and Kickboxing.

Dance Fit
Mondays 5:30pm
If you're looking for a chance to get a great workout while having fun, then you have to try Dance Fit!
Minimal dancing skills needed! Dance Fit is a high energy, full body aerobic workout! Our instructor sets the workout to a variety of music styles!
Gym members are Free. Drop in as a non member for $10.00

If you’re looking for an opportunity for a group class designed to be fun yet challenging in all the right ways - We’ve got it!
With a combination on high intensity cardio, body weight and weighted moves, this class is for everybody! Our instructors plan a workout that will challenge all muscle groups. Its always different, and always rewarding!

Come join a fun, challenging workout for all levels! You have to start somewhere, and we’d love for you to start with us. This sweat filled workout, will burn calories and give you a full body tone up! Gloves/wrist support recommended but not required!

With a combination of lite weights + high reps or heavier weights + low reps, this class helps you achieve your goals! :) Finish the workout off with a cardio blast!
Get sculpted, and increase muscle all in a powerful challenging 45-60 min class!

Core and overall full body strength!
Whether your goals are strength or aesthetics, this class focusses on full body toning and building!
Join Ashley to build and sculpt that booty booty, or jump in with Coach Steve at 4:30pm to build strength and gain confidence in your workout form.
FRidAY Full body finisher
Finish your week strong with our full body finisher just to wrap up your week!

Coach Steve’s Saturday Class
Perfect for EVERYONE! Coach Steve focuses on a full body workout, including cardio and weights! Coach Steve takes the time to help you with form, and explains each movement so that you understand why you are doing it. Beginner or advanced will walk away feeling good!
